Wyle Leaves "ER" with Love
Noah Wyle will be leaving ER at the end of this season but will return for four episodes each for the next two seasons. His character will be returning to an old plot line and finding love with Kem Likasu, the character played by Thandie Newton.
Much like previous serious regulars Julianna Margulies, George Clooney, and Anthony Edwards; Noah is looking to explore other projects which a full-time role on ER would prevent.
We hope his decision to leave the show ends up more like George Clooney's successful post-ER run than David Caruso's post NYPD Blue run before CSI: Miami came along.
