...I guess that's Marcia Cross' rationale for pre-empting rumors that she is a lesbian.

I suppose this is the very definition of a "non-story." The thing that struck me as significant was that I didn't even know people were intimating that she might be a lesbian, so it seemed odd that she would make it a point to tell Barbara Walters that she wasn't.

For a supposedly "gay-friendly" town, any possible whiff of celebrity homosexuality sure does seem to bring out the rumor-mongers. Am I missing something, or does that seem to be the opposite of "gay-friendly" to you?
